Comments from the American Chemistry Council in Response to EPA's June 12, "National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System—Proposed Regulations to Establish Requirements for Cooling Water Intake Structures at Existing Facilities; Notice of Data Availability Related to EPA's Stated Preference Survey" [77 Fed. Reg. 34315]. ACC supports and incorporates by reference the comments submitted to this docket from its member company the Dow Chemical Company, the Utility Water Act Group (UWAG), and the Cooling Water Intake Structures (CWIS) Coalition, of which ACC is a member.
