The American Chemistry Council Phthalate Esters Panel (Panel) submits these comments on EPA?s Revised Technical Review of Diisononyl Phthalate (Revised Technical Review)(70 Fed. Reg. 34437 (June 14, 2005)) in support of EPA?s proposal to add a diisononyl phthalate (DINP) category to the list of chemicals under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). 65 Fed. Reg. 53681 (Sept. 5, 2000). The Panel includes the major producers and some processors of DINP. A hard copy will also be delivered to EPA today with the accompaning attachments and appendices.
