On behalf of the American Chemistry Council and its members, please find comments in response to Notice 2022-48. This letter is being submitted in to each of the six RFC Dockets opened for comments on Inflation Reduction Act incentives, and includes recommended principles for broad implementation of the Department's IRA tax credits and specific responses to the questions identified therein.
