On behalf of the American Chemistry Council and its members, I am pleased to submit comments in response to Notice 2022-56: Request for Comments on Section 45W Credit for Qualified Commercial Clean Vehicles and Section 30C Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit. These comments are submitted as part of a letter covering two other Notices, Notice 2022-57 and 2022-58. Copies of this letter will be added to the dockets for all three proceedings.

Abstract

This notice requests general comments on the qualified commercial clean vehicles credit under § 45W (§ 45W credit) and the amendments to the alternative fuel vehicle refueling property credit under § 30C (§ 30C credit), as well as specific comments described in section 3 of this notice.
