On behalf of the American Chemistry Council and its members, I am pleased to submit comments in response to Notice 2022-57, request for comments on the Section 45Q Credit for Carbon Oxide Sequestration. These comments are submitted as part of a letter covering two other Notices, Notice 2022-58 and 2022-56. Copies of this letter will be added to the dockets for all three proceedings.
On behalf of the American Chemistry Council and its members, please find comments in response to Notice 2022-50. This letter is being submitted in to each of the six RFC Dockets opened for comments on Inflation Reduction Act incentives, and includes recommended principles for broad implementation of the Department's IRA tax credits and specific responses to the questions identified therein.
