Attached are the American Coatings Association's (ACA) comments in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposed rule to recodify the pre-existing definition of "waters of the United States." Abstract

As a first step in addressing a Presidential directive, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army (Army) plan to recodify the previous definition of “waters of the United States.”
