Abstract
In early 2015 EPA disapproved several human health criteria adopted by the state of Maine as providing inadequate protection for tribal populations engaged in sustenance fishing. EPA is finalizing criteria to protect tribal populations as well as other statewide criteria based on the latest science and EPA policy.
