Based on the information presented and the evaluations conducted we are submitting related to EPA?s review of the air quality criteria and national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for fine particles. API recommends no change to the primary standards, and supports the continued harmonization of the secondary standards with the primary NAAQS for PM2.5.
