Abstract

Related to EPA-HQ-OAR-2010-0448, EPA-HQ-OAR-2005-0161. EPA is proposing to amend certain of the renewable fuels standard (RFS2) program regulations at 40 CFR Part 80, Subpart M and certain of E15 misfueling mitigation regulations (E15 MMR) at 40 CFR Part 80, Subpart N. EPA is proposing changes to the survey requirements associated with the ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) program at 40 CFR Part 80, Subpart I
