The American Petroleum Institute (API) comments in the attached document the following three points: 1.) A new analysis of air quality data will not be informative for a risk assessment. 2.) Updated risk and exposure assessments are not warranted. 3.) A new quantitative risk assessment for long-term NO2 exposure and respiratory effects is neither warranted nor feasible.
