This action will establish nonattainment area classification thresholds, attainment date timing, and state implementation plan (SIP) requirements for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The SIP requirements pertain to attainment demonstrations, reasonable further progress (RFP), reasonably available control technology (RACT), reasonably available control measures (RACM), major new source review (NSR), emission inventories, and the timing of SIP submissions and of compliance with emission control measures in the SIP.
