Abstract

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to make revisions to several New Source Review (NSR) regulations to correct typographical errors, remove vacated elements and incorrect or outdated cross references, and conform to certain changes contained in the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments (CAA). These revisions are considered to be inadvertent, non-controversial and non-substantive revisions.
