Abstract

This docket contains information to address the Agency's technical amendments to the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels. This NSPS was promulgated pursuant to section 111(c) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) and established emission limitations, testing procedures, and reporting and recordkeeping for controlling emissions of hazardous air pollutants. This NSPS, subpart Kb, was promulgated pursuant to section 111(c) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) on July 23, 1984. This update will allow additional practices for inspection of storage vessels.
