Abstract

Docket for EPA’s regulatory infrastructure rule addressing the result of the addition of a hazardous air pollutant (HAP) to the CAA section 112(b)(1) list. This regulatory action is needed to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of requirements triggered by the addition of a new HAP. This action will include the opportunity for public comment.
