Abstract

The SAP will review and comment on the EPA Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program’s: (1) proposed high-throughput computational model of androgen receptor binding as an alternative to the current Tier 1 androgen receptor assay; (2) development of high-throughput computational model of steroidogenesis; and (3) proposed adverse outcome pathway-based framework for thyroid screening.
