Abstract

This action will evaluate and make a determination regarding Clean Air Act section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(I) (“good neighbor”) obligations for the 2008 ozone NAAQS. The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Update for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS partially addressed this Clean Air Act requirement for 21 eastern states. EPA faces deadlines to fully address this Clean Air Act provision.
