Abstract
This direct final rule extends for certain inactive coal combustion residuals (CCR) surface impoundments, the compliance deadlines established by the regulations for the disposal of coal combustion residuals under subtitle D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) titled, ”Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System; Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals from Electric Utilities,” 80 FR 21302, April 17, 2015.
