Proposed Extension of Buy America Minivan Waiver and Request for Comment

The American Public Transportation Association (APTA), which represents public transportation agencies across America, submits the attached comments urging FTA to extend the current partial waiver for vans and minivans for another five years due to lack of any American manufacturers producing these types of critically needed vehicles.
