The American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) request the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) extend the public comment period for a minimum of an additional fifteen (15) days for the proposed reauthorization of the Clean Water Act's (CWA) 2027 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP). Please see attached extension request.
