Please find attached comments from the American Soybean Association (ASA) formally objecting to the rule revoking tolerances for chlorpyrifos. ASA also requests an evidentiary hearing regarding factual matters used as the basis for the rule, and requests EPA stay the rule until the Agency can formally review and respond to objections.

Abstract

This is a docket containing the final rule for chlorpyrifos pesticide tolerance actions. EPA is taking this action in response to an April 29, 2021 Ninth Circuit decision, ordering EPA to revoke or modify tolerances for residues of chlorpyrifos.
