Abstract

This docket is provided to store documents related to development of revisions to the Total Coliform Rule that was promulgated in 1989. EPA announced its decision to revise the rule in 2003. A Federal Advisory Committee was formed to recommend changes to the rule. Their recommendations are in the Agreement in Principle that the committee signed in Sept. 2008
