Abstract

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting rulemaking activities for Perchlorate in public water supplies. The rulemaking activities will consider proposing a Maximum Contaminant Level Goal (MCLG) and National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (NPDWR) including monitoring, reporting, public notification, and consumer confidence report requirements for Perchlorate in drinking water.
