Attached are AAR and the ASLRRA comments to PHMSA's notice of proposed rule making on liquefied natural gas transportation by rail. This is a replacement of the comments filed on December 19, 2019. This version fixed two typos in the comments, and includes the RSI-AAR Railroad Tank Car Safety Research and Test Project report referred to at the top of page 6 of the comments.
