Dear EPA Administrator Wheeler, Its time for the Trump Administrations EPA to allow the year-round sale of E15 gasoline. Ethanol is the worst thing to happen to internal combustion engines. Costing billions is costly carburetor rebuilding and repairs per year. E15 will void small engine warranties as it will cause engines to self-destruct. Everything i've said is fact. I vote for a ban of E15 Sincerely, Randy Riley Minnesota

Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing regulatory changes to allow gasoline blended with up to 15 percent ethanol (E15) to take advantage of the 1-psi Reid Vapor Pressure waiver that currently applies to E10 during the summer months. The EPA is also proposing regulatory changes to modify certain elements of the renewable identification number (RIN) compliance system under the Renewable Fuel Standard program, in order to improve RIN market functioning.
