BSA | The Software Alliance welcomes the opportunity to provide the attached submission to inform the development of the 2017 Special 301 Report and the US Government's engagement with important trading partners in 2017. We look forward to working with USTR and the US agencies represented on the Special 301 Subcommittee of the Trade Policy Staff Committee to achieve meaningful progress in ensuring that BSA members and others that rely on intellectual property receive fair and equitable market access to important US trading partners and adequate and effective protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
