Dear Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA: On behalf of the Center for Biological Diversity (Center), People for Protecting Peace River, Tampa Bay Waterkeeper, Portneuf Resource Council, Suncoast Waterkeeper, ManaSota-88, Our Santa Fe River, Healthy Gulf, California Communities Against Toxics, and their thousands of members and supporters in regions negatively impacted by synthetic fertilizer production, use, and waste disposal, we submit these comments in response to USDA's request for public comments on "Access to Fertilizer: Competition and Supply Chain Concerns" (87 FR 15191) (No. AMS-AMS-22-0027), and E.O. 14017 "America's Supply Chains" (No. AMS-TM-21-0034) (86 FR 20652).
