Abstract

EPA is proposing to reconsider the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding. As a result of that reconsideration, EPA is also proposing the removal of all regulations that require new motor vehicle and new motor vehicle engine manufacturers to measure, report, or comply with the standards for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
