See attached files submitted on behalf of the Center for Biological Diversity, 28 other conservation, public health, and animal welfare organizations, and over 24,000 U.S. residents regarding the need to immediately cancel all general use registrations for Second Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides ("SGARs") and classify any remaining registrations as restricted use products that are available only for use as a last resort during demonstrated public health or environmental emergencies, which only permit the use of these rodenticides when there is a recognized emergency condition such as an urgent, non-routine situation that requires the use of a pesticide to address public health threat or significant risk to endangered or threatened species, beneficial organisms, or the environment.
