Comments on EPA New Active Ingredient Application Boscalid (Docket #: EPA-HQ-OPP-2017-0310) Please accept the following comments on behalf of the Center for Biological Diversity (Center) in response to the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) receipt of an application for products containing a new active ingredient under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).

Abstract

This is a petition and label amendments for additional food uses for boscalid. This docket will include a Notice of Filing for the Petition, A Notice of Receipt for the Registration Action and likely a Final Rule to establish tolerances.
