Abstract
Bayer CropScience has developed soybeans with tolerance to mesotrione (MON 94313) through biotechnology methods to provide tolerance to preemergence and postemergence applications of mesotrione and therefore is proposing to amend the existing MST 4 SC registration (EPA Reg. No. 264-1220) to enable its use on soybeans containing MON 94313 technology. Preemergence use of mesotrione on mesotrione-resistant soybeans is currently an approved use. The proposed new use pattern allows for postemergence in-crop applications to MON 94313 soybeans.
