On behalf of the Center for Biological Diversity, I submit the attached comment and literature cited regarding the Service's proposal to list the Florida Keys mole skink as a threatened species with a proposed 4(d) rule and proposed critical habitat. I submitted one study via email to Ms. Lourdes Mena because the rulemaking portal would not accept it due to file size limitations.
