On behalf of The Institute for Regional Conservation, Center for Biological Diversity, and National Parks Conservation Association, I submit the attached comments supporting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's proposal to list the Ghost Orchid (Dendrophylax lindenii) as endangered under the Endangered Species Act, urging the Service to reconsider its decision on critical habitat designation, and offering recommendations to help facilitate the timely development of a recovery plan for the Ghost Orchid. Please note that we are also attaching literature cited, which will span across several submissions on Regulations.gov.
