Dear Decisionmaker: The Center for Biological Diversity, ColoradoWild, and Rocky Mountain Wild write to urge you to keep the Ute Ladies'-tresses (Spiranthes diluvialis) listed as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act ("ESA"). We implore you to withdraw the proposed rule to delist the species as it is based on unsound scientific information. The comment letter is attached and a total of 52 literature cited and references will be provided via a series of multiple submissions.
