On behalf of the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA), I request an opportunity to testify at the May 29-30 hearing at the International Trade Commission on the subject of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. CCIA's detailed written submission will be filed today as well. My oral testimony will summarize CCIA's written testimony and will discuss the free flow of information, customs harmonization for low-value goods, duty free access to technological goods, e-commerce, intermediary liability protections, regulatory transparency and 21st century Intellectual Property issues.
