The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Federal Reserve), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporations review of outdated or otherwise unnecessary regulatory requirements imposed on insured depository institutions as required by the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996 (EGRPRA). CUNA is the national trade association for Americas state and federally chartered credit unions. CUNA represents approximately 90% of Americas 6,500 credit unions and their 102 million memberships.
