The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) submits these comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA or Agency) proposed revisions to the Guideline on Air Quality Models, 40 C.F.R. Pt. 51 Appendix W, (the Guideline or Appendix W) in Docket No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2015-0310. See 80 Fed. Reg. 45,340 (July 29, 2015). EEI is the association that represents U.S. investor-owned electric companies, international affiliates and industry associates worldwide.

Abstract

This Docket provides a repository for public comments regarding the proposed revisions to the Guideline on Air Quality Models (Appendix W to 40 CFR Part 51) and related preferred air quality models and for public comments with respect to the Public Hearing for this proposed rulemaking that will be part of the 11th Conference on Air Quality Models.
