In August 2018, the EPA proposed changes to the subpart B implementing regulations governing emission guidelines under a new subpart Ba, which applies to ongoing emission guidelines, such as the MSW Landfills Emission Guidelines. This action aligns the regulatory text in the MSW Landfills Emission Guidelines with a cross-reference to the new subpart Ba for the timing requirements of state and federal plans.
