Abstract
EPA is designating propanedioic acid, 1,3-diethyl ester (CASRN 105-53-3), common name diethyl malonate, as a low-priority substance. As required under section 6(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) implementing regulations, EPA is designating 20 chemical substances as low-priority substances for which risk evaluation is not warranted at this time.
