Abstract

As required under section 6(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and implementing regulations, EPA is designating 20 chemical substances as low-priority substances for which risk evaluations are not warranted at this time. This docket includes the Federal Register Notice that designates the 20 chemical substances as Low Priority Substances and contains instructions on how to access the chemical-specific information, analysis, and basis used by EPA to support the designation for each chemical substance. Also included are EPA’s response to general public comments and response to chemical-specific public comments received during initiation and proposal public comment periods.
