Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing tiered reporting and recordkeeping requirements pursuant to section 8 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for chemical substances based upon their status in the TSCA existing chemicals prioritization, risk evaluation, and risk management program.
