Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) appreciates the opportunity to provide comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on the supplemental proposal to update significant new use rules (SNURs) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) addressing seventeen chemical substances (batch 22-1.5e), all of which are per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
