Attached are the comments of the Environmental Technology Council, the leading trade association for the hazardous waste industry.
Abstract
Through this action, EPA will develop and promulgate the methodology by which the Agency will set and revise user fees that the Agency is authorized to charge users of the hazardous waste manifest for manifest related services. The user fees will offset the costs of developing and operating the e-Manifest System.
