EPA intends to publish a proposed rule in the Federal Register to amend the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste regulations pertaining to the hazardous waste manifest system and to standards for generators, transporters, and treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) which manage RCRA hazardous waste, state-only regulated waste, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) waste subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The FR notice and the supporting materials for the proposed rule and the public comments to the NPRM will be housed in this docket.
