Attached is the Environmental Technology Council (ETC) request for a further 120-day extension of the comment period. The ETC is the leading trade association of commercial firms that provide technologies and services to customers for treatment and secure disposal of infectious and hazardous wastes. The ETC member companies have been classified as Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers to assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and every available employee has been detailed to support this response effort.
