Sirs, this public docket (EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0211-0001) was issued on 4/21/2009 with a stated comment end date of May 21, 2009. On Friday May 22, 2009 you removed the yellow add comment symbol from this docket - however Federal Register Notice No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0211; FRL-8907-7, published on May 20, 2009 extended the comment period until July 20, 2009. Please do the public a service and put the yellow add comment symbol back on the EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0211-0001 line in the Regulations.gov web site. It would be greatly appreciated and will allow the public to continue making comments to this docket. And, when you make this change - when someone clicks on the add comments symbol the next page only allows organizations to submit comments - which is why you have several hundred Anonymous Public Comments to this docket - please make the change to the submitter information by adding a means for the public to identify themselves.
