EAA appreciates the FAA's support of our countries military services, but would like to see the final SFAR 100 rule amended to: 1. Include the renewal requirements pertaining to Designated Airworthiness Representatives - Maintenance and Manufacturing, and 2. The U.S. Military is part of a collective group called "Uniformed Services", all of whom serve our great country and collectively get deployed to preserve, protect, and defend the American public. The rule should be expanded to include the members of the Uniformed Services the FAA excluded in the Final Rule: a. The Public Health Service, and b. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Randy Hansen EAA Government Relations Director
