EAA recommends this special use airspace proposal, docket FAA-2011-1007, until the FAA publishes, the public comments on, and the FAA issues the final FAA Order/AC regarding UAS/UAV operations in the NAS. EAA understands this draft FAA Order/AC document will be published in the very near future and since its contents will directly affect this proposals use of the NAS by UAS/UAV aircraft, EAA recommends this proposal be tabled. Once the FAA Order is finalized and published as a final document, recommend this docket be reopened for 60 days to allow for further public comment. Randy Hansen EAA Government Relations Director
