The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) represents more than 150 of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft, powerplants, avionics, and other aeronautical products in use around the world, as well as aeronautical repair stations. On behalf of interested members, GAMA is pleased to submit the comments in the attached file regarding the FAA's proposal to require that cockpit voice recorders capture 25 hours of flight deck audio for aircraft manufactured in the future.
