Abstract

This proposed regulation would establish an exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for the substance commonly referred to as chitosan (Poly-D-Glucosamine) CAS No. of 9012-76-4, when used as a minimum risk pesticide, under 40 CFR 152.25(f).
