The Information Technology Industry Council and the ITI Space Enterprise Council appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration Request for Comment on Local Estimates of Internet Adoption. Our comments will address aspects of Questions 1 and 4, as we believe both NTIA and the Census have an opportunity to more accurately capture the number of high-speed broadband subscribers by including all technologies offering at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds in its count.
